Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Apua.ai platform operated by APUA Innovation Oy (“APUA,” “we,” “us”), a company registered in Helsinki, Finland. By accessing Apua.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The platform

Apua.ai is an enterprise legal intelligence platform that provides AI-assisted contract management, legal research, compliance monitoring, and litigation support. The platform is designed for use by legal professionals and authorised business users within subscribing organisations.

Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all content uploaded to the platform and must ensure you have the right to process it.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• AI-generated outputs are advisory — you are responsible for reviewing and validating all legal work product.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to Apua.ai. APUA does not claim any rights to your content. By default, we do not use your data to train AI models. The Apua.ai platform, its design, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of APUA Innovation Oy.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

Apua.ai provides AI-assisted legal intelligence tools. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, APUA Innovation Oy shall not be liable for decisions made based on platform outputs.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
