Why we are building this
Legal work moved to the cloud. Negotiation stayed in the inbox. The value in an agreement is decided in the rounds before it is signed, and that is precisely the part no tool took seriously — contract repositories store the outcome, not the argument that produced it.
The second problem is where the work happens. A contract under negotiation is the most revealing document a company produces: the price, the concessions, the leverage, and the things legal has not yet told the board. European teams were being asked to put that on platforms that quietly move data across an ocean, and to treat residency as a configuration setting rather than an architecture.
So we built for the negotiation, and we built it sovereign — in Finland, isolated per tenant, with a person deciding every position that matters. Not because it is a marketing line, but because it is the only version of this product we would be willing to use ourselves.

Who we are looking for
We are a small team in private beta, which means the work is unusually direct: you will talk to the general counsel using what you built, often the same week you build it.
We are most interested in engineers who care about correctness in systems where being confidently wrong is worse than being slow, and in lawyers who want to encode how they negotiate rather than repeat it. If that is you, write to us with something you have built or negotiated — we would rather see that than a CV.

Working alongside us
We work with law firms and advisors who negotiate on behalf of their clients and want the same playbook discipline and audit trail on every matter. Counterparties and client-side reviewers never need a licence, which makes the platform straightforward to bring into an existing engagement.
If you advise European clients with a strict data-protection posture, we would like to talk — sovereignty is usually the reason the conversation starts.
